How to reopen society using medical science and logic

This opinion piece in TheHill by Scott Atlas, a Stanford health policy expert, makes the case for a relaxation of current lockdowns based on what we now know of the disease.

I agree with his premise and many of his suggestions, although I think that it is important to simultaneously ramp up testing and build infrastructure for contact tracing at the same time, if for nothing else to help to control future waves more precisely.
